Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • The return must be requested within 7 business days after delivery.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. After approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed and approved. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase.
